Our commitments
The terms we work under
These are our standard terms. The specifics for your project live in the contract we sign with you.
You own the work from day one
The code, designs and assets we produce are yours as they are produced — not something transferred to you at the end if all goes well. Where you already have a GitHub or GitLab organisation, we commit directly into your repository so ownership is never in question. Where you don't, we host the repository during the build and hand it over with its full history at the end.
Confidentiality, on your paper or ours
We sign your NDA before detailed discussions about your product. If you don't have one ready, we can provide a mutual NDA to work from, so an early conversation never waits on paperwork.
GDPR and EU data handling
For clients in the EU and UK we can sign a Data Processing Agreement covering our role as processor. Where your product requires it, we deploy infrastructure into EU regions on Firebase, Google Cloud or AWS rather than defaulting to US regions. During development our team works against test and seed data, not your production personal data.
Source handover you can actually use
Handover means the repository and its history, environment configuration, and the documentation needed to build and ship the app — not a zip file at the end of the engagement. Your team, or any team after us, can pick the project up.
Payment tied to delivery
Engagements start with a deposit and continue against milestones agreed in the scope, so payments track delivered work. Scope changes are priced before we do the work, so you choose whether something belongs in this release or the next.
Visible progress, weekly
You see working software every week rather than a status report. Our process runs discovery, design, build, launch and post-launch iteration, with demos throughout — so problems surface while there's still time to act on them.

Astute Technologies (Pvt) Ltd was registered in 2022 and is based in Rafi Qamar Road, Satellite Town, Bahawalpur 63100, Pakistan; the team behind it has been building mobile and web products for more than five years. We work with founders and product teams across the US, Europe and the Gulf, in English, with calls scheduled into your working hours rather than ours.
