UI/UX Design

User-centered design that delights users and drives conversions.

Our design team creates intuitive, visually engaging interfaces — from wireframes and prototypes to production-ready design systems. We focus on usability testing and conversion-oriented layouts.

Our designers sit with the engineers who will build the screens. That is the whole model, and it removes the most expensive kind of rework: a beautiful file that cannot be built in the time available, or a developer quietly reinterpreting a layout at 2am.

Design here covers the full arc — user research and flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and a component library that becomes the app's real design system rather than a static page of swatches. Every app in our portfolio was designed and built by the same team, which is why they hold together across hundreds of screens.

We design for the awkward realities too: two user roles in one app, right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu, dark mode, small screens, and the accessibility basics that are much cheaper to build in than to retrofit — readable contrast, touch targets people can actually hit, and motion that respects a reduced-motion setting.

Our approach

How we decide what to build with

The trade-offs behind the stack, so you can challenge them before the work starts.

Research before pixels

Who the user is, what they are trying to finish, and where the current flow loses them. Flows get validated before any screen is polished.

Prototypes that behave

Interactive prototypes so stakeholders can click the thing rather than imagine it, and so usability problems surface before they are expensive.

Design systems, not one-off screens

Tokens, components and states — including empty, loading and error states, which are where most app interfaces fall apart.

Handoff engineers can build from

Figma files with specs, real component names and the edge cases documented, delivered to a team that can ask the designer a question the same day.

Who this is for

Where this service fits

If one of these sounds like your team, we have done this work before.

Founders without a designer

You have a product idea and engineering budget but no design function. We cover research through handoff.

Teams with a developer-built interface

It works, but it looks built rather than designed, and conversion shows it.

Products entering new markets

Localisation, right-to-left layouts and cultural conventions that change more than the text.

Teams that need a design system

Component libraries and tokens so the tenth screen costs less to design than the first.

How we work

From first call to store launch

The same five steps run every engagement, whatever the service.

  1. Discovery

  2. Design

  3. Build

  4. Launch

  5. Grow

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you design and develop, or design only?
Both. Most clients hire us for end-to-end design and development. We also offer design-only engagements with developer-ready Figma files.
Do you offer design without development?
Yes. Most clients hire us end to end, but we also take design-only engagements and hand over developer-ready Figma files.
What do we actually receive at handoff?
Figma files with the screens, components and states, specs for spacing and type, exportable assets, and the prototype used for review.
Can you design for right-to-left languages?
Yes. Leklok ships Arabic and Urdu, which means mirrored layouts and iconography, not just translated strings.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines we design within them; if you have a logo and little else, we build the interface system around it.
Do you run usability testing?
Yes, as part of the design phase — testing the prototype with real users before the flows are committed to code.
Can you redesign an app without rebuilding it?
Often, yes. A redesign against an existing codebase is scoped as its own piece of work, and we will tell you where the current architecture limits what the design can do.
