Vehicle marketplace for Guerrero, Mexico
Auto-Listo! is a classifieds app for buying and selling cars, trucks, and motorcycles in Guerrero, Mexico — photo listings in MXN, city filters, Google Maps/Places, in-app chat with files, favorites, seller verification, and push. V2 adds a B2B advertising module: admin-approved advertiser accounts, Stripe campaigns in MXN, and ads injected into the feed. Shipped as a Flutter iOS/Android app (com.autolisto.app / com.autolisto.mx), a Next.js admin, and a marketing site at autolisto.app.

Challenge
The Problem
Build a regional vehicle marketplace with listings, chat, maps, and verification — then add self-serve B2B ads with admin approval, Stripe pay-later in MXN, Mexico City scheduling, and feed injection without a messy sales ops process.
Solution
What We Built
We delivered the AutoListo workspace as three apps: a Flutter + Riverpod marketplace (Firestore, Storage, Realtime DB, FCM, App Check, Maps/Places, in-app chat); Cloud Functions + Stripe for advertiser onboarding, campaign approval, and MXN payments; a Next.js admin for listings, verifications, featured ads, users, campaigns, chat, and analytics; and a Next.js marketing site. Production locale is es-MX.
