The Problem
Deliver a WhatsApp-class experience with stronger privacy positioning: encrypted messaging at scale, native VoIP with CallKit, reliable offline-first sync across hundreds of screens, disappearing message retention, contest/rewards engine, and a complete monetization stack — subscriptions, in-app points, and creator payouts.
Solution
What We Built
We built a large-scale Flutter codebase (~550+ Dart files) with Isar for offline storage, priority-based outbox sync, Agora RTC plus CallKit for native calls, AES encryption for text and media, and Firebase Cloud Functions for contests, referrals, scheduled deletion, and Stripe Connect Express payouts. RevenueCat handles subscriptions; deferred startup init keeps cold launch fast.
