Dual-role package delivery — shippers and drivers
Shippacks is a Flutter delivery marketplace: shippers book pickups with maps, vehicle type (minivan/van/truck), and live tracking; drivers go online, accept jobs, navigate the order lifecycle, chat, upload proof photos, and get paid into an in-app wallet. Square handles in-app payments. Live on iOS and Android as com.shippacks.app (v1.1.9).

Challenge
The Problem
Run shipper and driver flows in one app: nearby driver matching, mapped pickup/dropoff, distance-based fares, order status from request to delivery, chat, proof of delivery, ratings, rider verification, and payments — without splitting into two products.
Solution
What We Built
We built a dual-role Flutter app (Provider + GetX) on Firebase Auth/Firestore/Storage/Messaging: Google Maps and Places for routing and nearby drivers, Square in-app payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay), rider docs and bank onboarding, order chat, ratings, and a driver wallet with earnings charts.
